S400 is engineered with a standard 30-pin docking connector, which enables

it to connect and sync nicely with iPad for a direct scan and charging of iPad. S400 has been officially MFI (Made For iPad) certified, which means it is 100% compliant with Apple performance and development standards.

l S400 is driven by an App-based scanning program, the i-Scan App, which is downloadable from the App Store on iPad for free. It makes download and installation easier and eco-friendly, and helps reduce the software CD waste to save our environment.

l Co-share the same Apple USB charger came with your iPad for power supply, which helps reduce the number of the power charger is used, and the waste, and also save the cost of purchasing extra charger.

l The power goes off automatically for power saving after iPad went to the sleep mode.

The i-Scan App provides a simple user interface easy for all ages and skill levels with straightforward buttons for easy operation, even the elderly and young children can operate it with ease. The graphical visualization makes it interactive and fun. Users can watch the progress and result of a scan in real-time right on iPad’s screen. The auto-crop function helps to remove unwanted area of the scanned image, such as black border around the image to match its original size.
